GuitarForge provides a web-based guitar practice workspace that includes tools such as a metronome, tuner, fretboard trainer, chord explorer, and practice session tracking. The service is provided on an "as is" basis and may be modified at any time.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it updated.

Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are only provided as specified in our refund policy. Prices may change with notice.

Intellectual Property

GuitarForge and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload to your library.

Limitation of Liability

GuitarForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the application. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
